  • Shipping to FRANCE: 8,00 EUR and FREE on orders over 60,00 EUR.
  • Shipping to EU countries: 20,00 EUR and FREE on orders over 100,00 EUR.
  • Shipping to SWITZERLAND or UK: 26,00 EUR and FREE on orders over 120,00 EUR.

YLLO SARL process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

The products are shipped from Paris (FRANCE) and delivered to the address provided by the customer on the order form.The customer must verify the accuracy of the information. YLLO SARL cannot be held responsible for any errors and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery mistakes. In that case, all costs incurred for the reshipment of the order will be entirely the responsibility of the customer.

YLLO SARL cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to carriers mistakes or disruptions (any strikes of postal services and means of transport and/or communications).

*Please note that packages may be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges.


Shipping delays

The customer is required to check the package on delivery and to report the damage due to the carrier on the delivery note, as well as to YLLO SARL , within 2 working days.

Any complaint received after the deadline will be rejected.

– Any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned within 7 business days from YLLO SARL agreement. The company will send you the return slip valid for 7 business days. Beyond this period, the request won’t be accepted

Right of withdrawal

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
