RETURN YOUR ORDER BY MAIL
You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your items for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
⚠️ Click & Collect orders are not refundable by mail. To make a return, you must visit the store in person.
Exchange and Return Conditions
Damaged, assembled, worn, soiled, incomplete items, or any items in a condition that suggests they have been used will not be refunded.
Prepare the return
- Place your items in the original package along with the return slip.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please affix postage to your package yourself (current rates apply) and send it to the following address: yllo SARL boutique ATSUKO MATANO; 64 rue du Temple; 75003; Paris; FRANCE.
- Hand over your package at the nearest post office or at a retailer in the La Poste network.
- Once your package is received by our team, you will be refunded within 14 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
Refund Terms
You chose PayPal as your payment method; the amount will appear immediately in your account.
If you paid by credit card, the amount will appear on the account used for payment within 72 hours following the confirmation of receipt.
