Products are delivered to the delivery address provided during the order process, within the timeframe indicated on the order confirmation page.
In the event of a shipping delay, you will be notified by email of any potential impact on the delivery time originally communicated.
In accordance with legal provisions, in case of a delivery delay, you have the right to cancel the order under the terms and conditions defined in Article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code. If you receive the product in the meantime, we will proceed with its refund, including shipping costs, in accordance with Article L 138-3 of the French Consumer Code.
For deliveries made by a carrier, YLLO cannot be held responsible for any delay caused solely by the customer’s unavailability after several attempts to schedule an appointment.
Article 9 – Warranty
All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. In the event of a non-conforming product, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to customer service or by phone within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in the condition in which you received them, with all components (accessories, packaging, instructions…). Shipping costs will be refunded upon presentation of appropriate proof.
These provisions do not prevent you from exercising the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6.
Article 10 – Liability
The products offered comply with current French legislation. YLLO cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities whether the products or services you intend to order can be imported or used.
Furthermore, YLLO cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
Finally, YLLO cannot be held liable for any inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet, including service interruption, external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.
Article 11 – Governing Law in Case of Disputes
The language of this contract is French. These terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.
Article 12 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the website atsukomatano.fr/ are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of YLLO. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way, even partially, any part of the website, whether software, visual, or audio. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of YLLO.
Article 13 – Personal Data
YLLO reserves the right to collect personal and nominative information about you. This information is necessary for order management and for improving the services and information we provide to you.
They may also be transmitted to companies involved in these relationships, such as those responsible for the execution of services and orders for their management, processing, and payment.
This information and data are also stored for security purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
In accordance with the French law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose the processing of personal data concerning you, directly on the website.
Article 14 – Archiving and Proof
YLLO will archive order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a true copy in accordance with Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
YLLO’s computerized records shall be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.
