Company Information and Scope<\/span>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<div id=\"accordion-2491895963-content\" class=\"accordion-inner\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-2491895963-label\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yllo SARL is a French limited liability company (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) governed by French law, with its registered office at <\/span><b>64 rue du Temple, 75003 Paris, France<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under <\/span><b>SIRET number 843 351 776 00011<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> EU VAT number: <\/span><b>FR72 843351776<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yllo SARL is an authorised distributor of the <\/span><b>ATSUKO MATANO<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> brand, owned by the Japanese company <\/span><b>Planning CABOT<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yllo SARL operates as an importer into France and as an exporter to international markets, <\/span><b>excluding Asia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the \u201c<\/span><b>Terms<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d) apply exclusively to sales made to <\/span><b>professional customers (B2B)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> acting in the course of their business activity <\/span><b>outside the European Union<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, including the <\/span><b>United Kingdom<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They govern all sales of products offered via the website <\/span><b>atsukomatano.fr<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and yllo SARL\u2019s professional catalogue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any order placed with yllo SARL implies <\/span><b>full and unconditional acceptance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of these Terms, which prevail over any conflicting terms or documents issued by the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise <\/span><b>in writing<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by yllo SARL.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div id=\"accordion-1500493777\" class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t<a id=\"accordion-1500493777-label\" class=\"accordion-title plain\" href=\"#accordion-item-2.-products-and-catalogue\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"accordion-1500493777-content\">\n\t\t\t<button class=\"toggle\" aria-label=\"Toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/button>\n\t\t\t<span>2. Products and Catalogue<\/span>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<div id=\"accordion-1500493777-content\" class=\"accordion-inner\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-1500493777-label\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The products offered for sale correspond to a selected range of collections designed by <\/span><b>ATSUKO MATANO<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certain products displayed on Japanese websites (including, without limitation, <\/span><b>atsukomatano.jp<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>la-merise.co.jp<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) or on social media platforms are <\/span><b>not distributed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> by yllo SARL and are <\/span><b>not available<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for standard ordering.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yllo SARL reserves the right to refuse any request relating to products not listed in its catalogue or on its website.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By way of exception, should yllo SARL agree to supply non-standard products, the customer expressly agrees that:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">all additional costs (administrative fees, international transport from Japan, customs duties, import taxes, insurance, regulatory charges, etc.) shall be borne <\/span><b>entirely by the customer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the order shall be <\/span><b>firm, final, and non-cancellable<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with <\/span><b>no right of return<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div id=\"accordion-3442429978\" class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t<a id=\"accordion-3442429978-label\" class=\"accordion-title plain\" href=\"#accordion-item-3.-no-exclusivity\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"accordion-3442429978-content\">\n\t\t\t<button class=\"toggle\" aria-label=\"Toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/button>\n\t\t\t<span>3. Online Resale Policy<\/span>\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t<div id=\"accordion-2233888740-content\" class=\"accordion-inner\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-2233888740-label\">\n\t\t\t\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Online resale of the products is authorised <\/span><b>only<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> via the customer\u2019s own official website, operated under its sole responsibility and clearly identified as such.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Resale via third-party marketplaces or platforms (including, without limitation, <\/span><b>Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Facebook, Instagram Shops<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, or similar platforms) is <\/span><b>strictly prohibited<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> without the prior written consent of yllo SARL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This policy is intended to preserve brand image, product presentation standards, and customer experience and is implemented in accordance with applicable competition and antitrust laws.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of breach, yllo SARL reserves the right to suspend or terminate supply, without prejudice to any other legal remedies.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div id=\"accordion-3948117392\" class=\"accordion-item\">\n\t\t<a id=\"accordion-3948117392-label\" class=\"accordion-title plain\" href=\"#accordion-item-5.-orders\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"accordion-3948117392-content\">\n\t\t\t<button class=\"toggle\" aria-label=\"Toggle\"><i class=\"icon-angle-down\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/button>\n\t\t\t<span>5.
